The Bicester festival of sustainable living celebrates positive local action on nature and climate. The festival allows for businesses, individuals and organisations to share what they are doing, so all may find out how they can help tackle climate change and biodiversity loss.
The festival is centred at St Edburg’s church, but is spread across the town over the weekend, with all businesses and community venues being given the opportunity to be involved. There will be talks throughout Saturday at St Edburg’s, where suppliers and groups will have stalls, so learning is shared about various solutions!
The tone of the festival will be built around positive action we can all take to make a strong, sustainable and resilient community here in Bicester. Everyone attending will have the opportunity to pledge their actions over the next year to reduce our communities impact.
