Today we have created a Climate Aware Councillors group on Better Century. This is a place where Councillors, from District, Unitary, Parish or Town Councils can support one another in enacting a climate emergency through a council. Discussions are private to those in the group which can be incredibly helpful.
If you’re a councillor yourself or have friends who are councillors please tell them about Better Century and get them to join the group. Once they’ve signed up to Better Century simply click on the image below and join (you will need to tell us where you are currently a councillor).
We look forward to creating more groups to support discussions outside of the main topic areas to support people in making decisions in particular parts of their lives.
