I bought 1190615 shares in Zero Carbon Food Ltd (http://www.zerocarbonfood.co.uk/) and these were issued to me on 17th December 2015. As required under the company’s articles of association, the shares were offered on 5th December 2019 to A Shareholders of the company at ‘Fair Value’ - £0.02066456970 per share. The share value has effectively increased since I bought them by just over 240% of their original value. I am now seeking a buyer for these shares - please get in touch if you’re interested.
