A while back I posted about Eco-Schools. I have found another option for schools - the Green Schools Project
This is similar in that it offers environmental programmes for Secondary and Primary Schools. I have just spoken to their founder - Henry Greenwood - to find out more as I am volunteering with the RCCP in Reading - and thought I would share with our community!
They offer an Eco Team programme whereby they go into the schools, give assemblies, give teacher training and provide support materials. They get a local University student volunteer to go in to the school and support the Eco team, help with meetings, etc. They are also a delivery partner for Solar for Schools.
