Anyone know where you can get toner cartridges refilled or recycled?

I did quite a long search online to try and find a way of recycling old toner cartridges or get them refilled. Back in the good old days there was cartridge world, which I used avidly whilst starting my first business. Now there seems nothing particularly for HP toner cartridges.

It’s an awe full lot of waste for 1,400 pages of printing. Any ideas?
