Hi, I’d like to avoid buying fresh produce that’s been flown over to the UK. Would rather choose fruit/ veg that’s been shipped in. Does anyone have any information on this please? Thanks, Anna.

Hi Anna,
There’s a few things you should think about:
- Getting a veg box delivered; check out oddbox or Riverford…
- Make sure you look at the providence of goods when in the supermarket - they usually have a produced in Britain notice for you to see.
Buy recipe books for eating seasonally as then that will give you directly on stuff to buy now, but the veg boxes are a good answer to these things.
Hope those suggestions help!
