One of the comments I see a lot in relation to EVs, is that the electricity needed to power them is not ‘clean’. The assumption is that the cars are not as clean as people think.
However, many EV owners who charge up at home, have installed solar panels, or buy from companies that have a high percentage of renewables in their mix.
This article is very encouraging, and shows that wherever we charged up recently, the power we used is nigh on spotless.
